I am just now planning a "Holiday Fair" for our school for November 15th by the seat of my pants!! One great idea is to get a donated item from each of your booth participants and then sell "raffle tickets" to win these prizes. We are having donations of hot chocolate and apple cider to sell to drink. One group of parents is making dog biscuits to sell. That is about it for the really neat ideas! Good Luck!
We are suddenly doing a Craft/Yard/Bake Sale at our school; the idea came up and then the music teacher asked for our help, so this year it will be done to help out the Chorus, but we'd like to make it a yearly thing.
I'm looking for ideas on any aspect of this. We don't have much problem advertising it, but everything else is kind of up in the air, including the name;we settled on the Holiday Bazaar for this year, but want something less generic that will be identified with our school if it does become an annual event.
Crafters will be able to rent spaces, goods will be donated for the yard sale, as will the baked goods.I think we'll also sell sodas and coffee.
We don't have much time-Dec. 8 is our tentative date-and we need all the help we can get.TIA.
