not a silly question a proposal is a course of action put forward for consideration. what their asking for is a written request telling them what you plan on doing with what ever your asking for so they can decided if it's for the good of the school.

OK, I know this is a dumb question but what is a proposal? I e-mailed a company for a donation and they said to fax them a proposal. Am I just making this hard? I wrote a letter saying who i am, the school, what we wanted and so forth. How do I put it in proposal form? Thanks for any help as I am very confused. :confused:
