I did send in the postcard and an American Express Financial Advisor left me a message at our school. Well, I work part-time and am only at the school here and there so I have called him back three times and haven't heard anymore. I am hoping he is just so busy with PTO phone calls that he can't get back to mine! I really want to try this also so I am anxious to talk to them and find out how. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
The very first batch of brochures we sent out had a confusing bit at the end where it said something like: "Ready to schedule a night, visit PTOtoday.com" or something like that.
The fact is that we handle getting the brochures out and designing the program, etc, but in order to schedule a College Funding Night, folks have to send the postcard from the brochure back to American Express.
We've made changes to the brochure, so it should work better now.
In any case, I hope everyone will stay on top of us on this. It's a great program, but it's new, so there's sure to be system bugs in the beginning.
This is for the ptotoday people. I have applied for the College Funding night a while ago. I recieved the information on it. So I replied about gettting it set up. A week or two later, I got the same information I had received the first time. I have not gotten a kit or anything. I am really wanting to have this and need to get it set up. Please help.
