We do a 50/50 at each of our Home School Meetings and at most events we do. We price of our tickets are: $1 for 1, $2 for 3 or $5 for 15. Most people go for the $5. Good luck!

We like to gamble so we offer a 50/50 at most of our events.

Our town sells 50/50's at football games, basketball games and at the different cheerleading showcases.

Just remember you do need a gaming license because it's gambling.

We do one almost every year during my company's United Way Campaign, I just couldn't remember for certain how the tickets were priced and wanted to see what other PTO's did. Thanks

You sell tickets to raffle off half of the money you take in from those tickets.

For example, you'd have someone walking around selling 50/50 tickets at an event. Say, 7 tickets for $5 or 15 tickets for $10. You'll periodically count the money and announce what the prize is up to. At a certain point you stop selling tickets, then have the drawing. At an event we were just at the winner took home $530. Our town's Lions Club has an annual one where the tickets are something like $50. Since they sell only a certain number, the winner is guaranteed to win $10,000!

Has anyone ever done a 50/50 raffle? What do you sell raffle tickets for?
