Our school of K & 1st grade students want to have a Santa Breakfast can you give me Ideas like do you charge to get in? If so how much? Charge for picture w/ Santa? Yes/No Is this a fundraiser usually or just a fun thing to do for the kids and any money made gets put back in for that budget item???
Thanks - New PTO pres
At our last Santa Breakfast we had a couple of things: We had Christmas carolling (a volunteer played the keyboard), a craft area for the children, balloon animals (a parent volunteered for this), raffle table and a "boutique area" where a couple of venders had craft tables.
At our Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, we served muffins and juice. That was a big hit and a lot different from the normal party snacks. This year, at our Santa's visit, we've ordered books from Scholastic and are giving those for gifts.
Last year we had the dads cook pancakes. We asked everyone who had their own griddle to bring it. It worked out really well. We had someone taking polaroid pictures with Santa and we bought those picture/card holders for them and sold them at cost, like $2 each.
Our PTO is sponsoring it's first ever Breakfast with Santa so I am looking for any ideas/tips you can offer. We can't use the school kitchen so it's going to be a continental breakfast--any ideas besides donuts, muffins or bagels? Ideas for games/activities? I'd appreciate any info you can share. Thank you!!!
