I was wondering how far in advance y'all start asking for donations for you auction? We just finished out auction (april 16th) but I couldn't get the donation letter approved,signed etc until almost jan. because the committee didn't feel the need to start any earlier (which drove me nuts by the way [img]smile.gif[/img] ) When does everyone else start? thanks, maggie
