Thanks Rae, That is what I have been doing all day today is trying to figure out how to set up quickbooks ( i think i got that) but also a way to track the tuition reducation. any suggestions?

I use Quickbooks. It takes a bit of effort to set up but it tracks inventory and calculates the profits for you. It also produces Income Statements for you to take to meetings and has a neat reconcile feature to help you balance your bank statements. Hopefully someone at your school uses Quickbooks or someone in the community would be willing to help you setup what ever accounting program you end up using.
