They made an accordian type plastic holder- almost like a coupon holder-- has dividers and an elastic tie that keeps it closed. That might work well.
I'm amazed you are able to keep so much stock on hand. We could never have that much outstanding
We keep ours in zipper bags (like a pencil bag with clear front). We have 9 or 10 divided alphabetically (ABC, DEF, etc.), bound together with a metal clasp and the certificates are filed by alphabet accordingly. This has been very easy to manage and move around. We keep a small accordian file to house forms etc., and a separate cash box.
Works for us!
What we need are ideas for controlling inventory out. We count inventory weekly and come up short one or two cards frequently. Any suggestions?
For those of you who keep scrip inventory on hand to sell, what do you store it in?
The container has to be easily mobile to go from the safe to the sales area. We keep about $30,000 of inventory on hand.
We currently keep ours in a couple of tupperware containers, with dividers for each store. But it's kind of sloppy. I was looking at trading card storage boxes as a possibility. Example: www.bcwsupplies.com/catp1-Trading+Card+Storage+Boxes.htm?ln=en
