I went up there today and they said they do a full carnival. They told me that they don't charge for the game booth rental for schools, they charge for the prizes only. I got a sample copy of a contract. It's a $750 minumum for prizes. But according to the Oriental Trading Company prize schedule that's normal. The delivery fee is $60 no matter how much you ask for. One of their employees stays the whole time.
They also do the jumps for half price ($75 an hour including generator and staff).
It looks like a good deal for our school since we haven't had a carnival in a decade or so. We don't have any games or know what to expect on prizes. They provide prizes on consignment.
They also had some good tips on things like how to handle volunteers and ripping the tickets in half as they are used. They provide special tickets with their name on it.
Our BASE program did. Wish I knew more than that! I have seen a price list fromthe one in Westminster and felt the prices were kinds high for games a creative person could copy on their own! They do deliver, knowing our school though we went to pick it up!
