Quickbooks does the best job yet that I've found. I've been running a scrip program for school over ten years and we've used Scrip Pro 2000, Quicken and finally moved to Quickbooks. It takes a bit of time to set up and learn but it's not that hard and once it's now WOW! All the info you need and then some. Track inventory and anything else you might need.
Our Scrip program will be made mandatory next year. I am looking for a software package to help me out. Currently, I am using my own excel spreadsheet but I don't have the time to keep building new ones. Any suggestions????
Janis, we use SCRIP 2000, if you go to www.glscrip.com, click on resourses to the left you can click on software center and it lists a few there that you can look at. The program we use runs with Microsoft Access (I think)I think it is a bit difficult to navigate. I would like to find another program, we just haven't put that in our budget yet.
