Product Quality Versus Prize Program

Our school is trying to decide between Innisbrook and Sally Foster. I have read the earlier post on Innisbrook wrapping paper and appreciate the feedback.

We used to use Sally Foster but had a terrible rep, so we switched to Friends and Family for a couple of years. The product quality was poor, to say the least, and our sales fell signicantly the second year compared to the first. As a result, we are reconsidering returning to Sally Foster.

After meetings with both companies, the products seem comparable (but I'd give Sally Foster a slight edge). However, Sally Foster's prize program for kids is much less appealing than the one offered by Innisbrook.

My question is this: which will have a bigger impact on sales for our school--better products offered or better prize program?

Also, any other feedback comparing Sally Foster and Innisbrook would be greatly appreciated!
