I am helping with a golf tournament for www.missionforvisionusa.org/fundraising.html

The entry fee is $50. We approach local merchants in the LA area to donate prizes and give aways.

Also, supporters with memberships to highly desired Country Clubs donate their tee times for courses like the Riviera Country Club.

This tournament raises several thousand dollars yearly.

Since we are planning our golf tournament about a month after the silent auction we are just solicitation for gifts and then we will determine what gifts to give at the golf tournament and which ones to use at the auction.

A great idea but I need info...anyone ever hosted one? We don't have a raffle license and it's not in the "cards" right now so big give-a-ways are out.

anyone just hosted a game/invitational with gift bags for the attendees?
