Can I get a copy of the letter to Santa that you have. Last year we had santa come and had pictures taken with him. When you have letters from santa do you target all grades or which grades. thank you
We have a holiday fest each december with pictures with santa, a kids craft corner with "make it and take it" crafts, a kitchen, kids carolling with our fabulous music teacher, a secret santa shop and free gift wrapping staffed by our student council. Lots of fun for the kids and lots of fun for the parents. We recently added crafters..but they have to sell stuff that is interesting to kids and adults and nothing too expensive. Fun Fun Fun!!
We do Pizza with Santa. We don't do it as a fundraiser but you could. Everyone pays $5.00- for your $5.00 you get as much pizza as you want, drinks, desserts, a craft, picture with Santa and a goodie bag. We also have a person there who makes up letters from Santa, she charges $3.00 per letter, it's personalized, then you mail it to your child. It's a big seller. She also comes in for our Bunny Breakfast and does letters from the Easter Bunny. If we wanted to make money off of that we could but we decided to keep it at her price(she would raise the price to $5.00 so we could make money).
We have a breakfast with Santa each year. We serve sausage biscuits and juice and I believe this year honey buns as well. We take pictures by Polaroid or we have a picture card machine. We have a large bulletin board in the lunchroom that we decorate for Christmas that is the background for pictures. Santa sits in a rocking chair next to a Christmas tree. I'm thinking of having an ornament making craft table this year as well. An idea I got from here.
Does anyone do a pictures with santa event? either as a fundraiser or community building event? We had this idea but we are not sure where to start. It would be something like santa at the mall, but need some leads on deco and printing please.
