There were some folks asking about the breakdown of our Harvest HoeDown fundraiser at the Dallas Show.
Here is the net breakdown

Our donors for the silent auction are primarily local. We start planning when school starts and it is held usually the first Friday night in October. Donations are the hardest part, but we keep good lists of previous years and rely on business where our parents work or patronize. We keep big posterboards up in the office of who is contacting whom so that we don't ask someone twice.
