Looks like we have a lot of the same great ideas! We have tried a bingo booth as well, and the kids loved it. Note on the sponge toss game - we have used the kids as targets, and they have actually paid tickets to be the target! A variation - Pie in the eye, using whipping cream on pie pans. They pay to pie or get pied! Of course, snow cone booths, cotton candy, and popcorn are great $$$$ makers, as well. A car smash is phenomenal, but a LOT of work to coordiante and prepare, safety-wise. The pick-a pocket is great, especially if the person will dress up crazily. A jail is a fun booth, and requires NO cost at all. Kids pay to have others arrested, and the arrested have to pay to get free.
