Open up your work processor, highlight the "list" copy it and then paste it into your Word. I open up my Word before I even go online and have it ready to copy and paste all this great stuff shared here. Again thanks Dottie!

On the post with the list copy and paste it to a new Word document in Word, that way YOU have a copy and don't have to print out the WHOLE 15-20 page post it has become.
There are samples of a donation letter on the same post that can be done the samething with!

and one more thing....
remember to use your imagination. Use it in your donation letter to make it stand out. We used letter head that we had printed up along with envelopes that clearly showed our return address. Man if we could only all sit in one big room for one day and share all the stuff that each of us know we would all go away with tons of information.
