Boy as a girl from Ny- I would have had a barrel of laughs watching you guys prepare for this event from the story you told.......I think it created some good memories for you guys for talking about in the future...
Don't know if this is the same thing, but last year we had a Cow Patty BINGO, which was part of a rodeo that came to our town to one of our local parks. We sold numbered tickets, painted a large BINGO pad on the dirt at the park and the rodeo organizers had a cow out onto the BINGO card. Whichever square the cow left its "patty" on won. I've got to tell you, for us this was not worth the effort. Painting the lines on the dirt nearly caused two parent volunteers to pass out from inhaling the paint spray. Plus it had rained for an entire week prior to this event, and we volunteer (4 of us) were out there in mud up to our knees painting the BINGO card. It took hours to create the BINGO card and about 5 seconds for the cow to do its duty. We only made around $500 from this event and decided it was way too much volunteer work for the money. (Maybe if it wasn't so muddy we would have enjoyed ourselves.) Hope this answers your question...
