That sounds like a great idea. We did really well on Krispy Kreme sales when the closest Krispy Kreme was about 40 minutes away. Now we have a few within 15 minutes each way and we had a couple of sales that were down the tubes. I think the election day idea is a great one though. We also do well on the Krispy Kreme fundraising cards.
I would check with the those involved with the polls to make sure that it is okay first.
Secondly, Krispy Kreme doughnuts are just way too good and best when they first roll off the machine but many of the stores here get them delivered and they stay pretty fresh the first day anyway.
I don't think they're a novelty although I do question what they put into the glaze that makes them so addicting?
We are thinking of doing a Krispy Kreme donought sale on the day of the March primary elections here as our school is a polling place? Anyone ever done that before?? We just recently got a Krispy Kreme in town, so I don't know if that is good or bad - good, fresher when we pick up, bad, are they not a novelty??
