Our school has used them for the past several years. They were okay for the most part until this year. It was HORRIBLE. Our supply kits were extremely late and did not arrive until our students had been in school for more than a week. AND we were still missing all of the backpacks and other accessories as well as about 10 student supply kits. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company or get them to call us back. This was apparently a nationwide issue, so they were "busy".
Had they informed us about how behind they were because of their shipping issues, our PTO could have come up with an alternate plan. What ended up happening was I (the treasurer) had to use PTO funds to go out and purchase items that the students needed for the first week of school. It was an absolute nightmare of daily phone calls and emails from me and our school administration.
We are using BluSource for the upcoming school year and the difference is already evident!
I do NOT recommend SchoolKidz at all.
