are you an elementary school? We switched to something super easy a few years ago? Not sure if you do it as a fundraiser or not. We are a small K-6 school and we make about $1000 on our Secret Santa. We use to shop from the catalogues but it would be so tough for younger kids to figure out the $ and they would only get to buy 1 or two things.
So we decided to go to Dollar Store and Oriental Trading. Everything we get costs a dollar and we charge $2 across board for everything. We get ties, tools, scarfs, coffee mugs, christmas ornaments, candles, frames. For kids they have activity sets, baseball cards, and tons of stuff like that. Its super easy and u can't get wrong. Then we just use what's left over the following year.
I'm looking at shops too -- I did find one review from last year of one that wasn't too great. People said they were really pushy if you cancelled. I didn't see anyone that actually used them though, although I didn't search for specific programs - that many be the way to look?
Folks I can tell you are reading my question - please help me out by giving some answers and feedback. We are trying hard to find a shop where we can choose some products and not just get a kit of trinkets sent to us. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
We are restructuring our schools PTO and don't have records from the previous groups on who've they've used in the past we have always offered a Santa Shop to the kids - I would LOVE feedback from the companies you suggest -
The problem we are finding is they just want to send us a load of stuff without us picking and we would like to narrow it down, is this possible?
Thank you in advance for you feedback! If there is always a link to this somewhere that I couldn't seem to find I apologize
