Cathi. Is the prize for the donors or for kids? We have the kids "serve" the donors a lunch in the cafeteria. We decorate in the theme of the carnival. This lets the donors see where their support is going.
Hi all! I am in need of some feedback with regards to an event I am planning. As part of our main fall fundraiser we have offered a limo ride to a local ice cream shop for the grand prize. However, we are wanting to change it up and host a fun event for those that participate to a certain level. I was wondering if anyone else has ever done something like this? We already do a carnival so that is out, but I'd love to hear what others have created.
