We do the same. A lot of people 'round up' after the fact. Our last fundraiser had over $1000 in rounding up, Grandma sending an extra $20, etc.

We just record it as a donation.

When collecting money from a catalog fundraiser, what do you do with the extra money that comes in an order?
Most all extras were anywhere from .25 to 2.00. Do you return it, keep it as a donation? How do you record that extra money if you keep it?
