Coffee Fundraiser?

Hi Diane
I am the President of our high school band boosters and we are going to Hawaii in June so we doing the same thing. Giving parents as many opportunities to fundraise as possible so they don't have to pay any out of pocket expense for the trip.
We are getting ready to do our first coffee fundriaser beginning October 1st. We are using Spirit Coffee that we found on the PTO Today yellow pages. We chose them due to the customized packaging, reasonable pricing and good % profit. They don't offer as much variety as some of the others but we really wanted to have a customized label. And I will tell you so far they have been wonderful and easy to work with. We have our kit already with the custom label and it looks awesome. Plus the other thing I liked about them is if folks want to order more throughout the year they can go thru a link they'll provide and we can continue to receive the profit for the sales.
Go to our website mhsbulldogband.my-pta.org and take a look around. We have a ton of fundraiser plans and if you want to talk give me a call. My number is on the band booster page.
Good luck! :-)

Coffee Fundraiser? was created by Diane
My babies are out of elementary school now, and I have "graduated" to be the Fundraising chair of the High School Marching band. They are going to Disney this spring, so we need LOTS of good fundraisers!
I was wondering if anyone had had a coffee fundraiser in the past, who you used, and if they were happy or unhappy with them. I am specifically looking at Giving Bean; they seem to have the best "mix" of products, and a good profit. Any other suggestions?
