I have had a rep contact me with School Supplies America about doing prepackaged school supplies next year for our school. While there are several items about the proposal that are appealing I do not know a lot about the company in general.

Anyone else ever us them? What were the positives? Negatives? How was the customer service? Quality of items? Where orders filled on time? How were problems resolved?
