If you have a Food Lion in your area, their reward card can be linked up at thier web site for your school to earn money. Also at schoolpax.org, several business including subway offer rewards programs for schools.
Gordon's food service does one as well- contact them and they will give you the forms to send home-- each new applicant gets a 10.00 gift card toward their first purchase.-- Box tops is big as well-- campbell's doesn't give money but points to buy things--
Hi Folks-
Just wanted to let you know that I posted this question on our Facebook page as well. Some good suggestions coming in: www.facebook.com/PTOToday
Publix has a program like this but you have to remember to give them your card BEFORE they hit the total button and they will not ask for it. Still worth a shot but remembering can be a challenge.
Kroger is great here in KY- our school earns 4% -but the program varies in different areas of the company. I believe Thorton's Gas does a rebate. Meijer has "Community Reward" - if you pay with cash/cash equivalent, debit card, or a Meijer card, I think the rebate is 1%. Kohl's has a scripp program where you purchase the cards at a 5% discount to resale at full price - these gift cards, unlike a regular gift card, can be used to pay off your Kohls credit card balance.
Kroger does cards too! Our school is signed up and they send you specially linked cards that 'track' spending. Every time the shopper loads money onto the card, 4% comes back to the school. They send a check every quarter for whatever you have racked up! It's GREAT!
Also try Office Depot, they do the reward cards. FREE MONEY!
