Varsity Gold (VGA2) went bankrupt and is no longer in business. There may be individual reps across the country offering fundraisers that were with Varsity Gold previously but they are their own new fundraising companies now.
As far as the Chippery brand itself, it's gone. But not because of Bankruptcy. Otis Spunkmeyer discontinued it. They still offer fundraising programs on a smaller scale but not through fundraising companies as they had in the past. If you are still seeing the Chippery name floating around, I suspect that the fundraising companies haven't updated their websites yet.
It's a bit confusing because there have been a lot of changes in the industry lately but I hope this makes sense.
Why is chippery gone. I looked at many web sites and it is still there. Are you meaning that the VG2 is gone and they had chippery? I am confused. Red Apple is not a place we would like to go again. Am I missing something??
A.J. is the name of the rep for the new company we work with. VG2 is out of business. He is in Denver and did a good job for us. He works with MRZ/Red Apple.
Yes, I think this is one person who used to sell for VG2. Chippery line is gone so you won't get that from anyone anymore. We worked with this rep and switched to another rep last year when vg2 went bankrupt. His product was better and delivery of our cookie dough and pizza was a lot easier. If you want I can find his number. I think his name was A.J.
