We use
PTO Manager
to track volunteer hours. It is great. We put in all of the events scheduled for the entire year, solicit volunteers, track hours, email volunteers, etc. I do not think it has a way to track monies raised though. We're old school on that one: Excel spreadsheet

Does anyone know of a way (- free software package preferred -) to keep track of how much $ individuals raise across a bunch of fundraisers and how many manhours individuals put into each program?... So in other words, a volunteer tracking system for money and effort?
