I would have an issue with this rule because it is after school hours. That is the time when parents are responsible for their children's nutritional decisions and I think that should make it ok.
Honesty bake sales are one of our smallest money makers, so in the grand scheme of things it wouldn't be too big of a loss.
I always considered bake sales to be in violation of health codes because the goods were not prepared in a commercial kitchen but it looks like this is more about curbing children's weight than anything else. Removing snacks from lunches and vending machines seems a no brainer to me but I am not sure how this impacts fundraisers - particularly ones that are not done during school hours like snack items in catalogs or cookie dough brochures.
