I've got a question for you about this. Would there be something in place for students who have the highest marks or participation? Its great that everyone has a chance in the raffle but what about those who would technically "lead the pack?"

Our PTO has come up with the idea to hold a "no sale" fundraiser in which we solicit for $1000-$5000 scholarships - one each year over the next 4 years - to be raffled off to a family at the school. This is as far as we've gotten & I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how/who to approach for donations, etc. The money raised by the raffle would benefit the school by being used for the PTO goal for each year. Over the next 2 years, we are hoping to raise enough money to outfit all classrooms with all necessary equipment for SmartBoard technology... Suggestions please???
