I am helping to fundraise for a small group in my child's middle school. Next week we are selling Boo's for fifty cents each. There seems to be a lot of "buzz" about the project, and we have had a few presales. (Boo's are tootsie pops covered with a Kleenex and tied with a bit of string to make a ghost.)
This is the first time for this type of fundraiser at the school, so the kids arent familiar with it yet. I know sales will not be as high because of this. I am expecting this to be a mediocre sale, but want to build on it with sales at christmas and in the spring. (another group already claimed sales at valentines day.)
I am looking for ideas for christmas and spring sales. The items need to be easy enough to make that the kids can do it. They also need to be cheap enough that we can make money selling them at fifty cents or a dollar each.
I would love to have any ideas you have. Even elementary school level- I am willing to make adaptions to make it work with the older kids.
Thanks for any ideas you are willing to share!
