There is a printable form on the exchange area-- it's also one of the newest uploaded on the left hand side when you go to the file exchange-- the program is allowed for any school who is registered with Box Tops already-- you are allowed 2 entries per household--
When there is 30 box tops glued onto the form-- you receive a bonus 30 box tops points for each submission-- they must be received by October 31st, 2008-- so limited time- but great offer-- you can also go onto the boards at box tops if you are the coordinator and find info about the program.
I've "heard" that Target is offering a special Box Top Bonus Promotion. They will match up to 30 Box Tops per household. Does anyone know where I can obtain information on this? I tried the Boxtops web site and did not see it.
