Fundraisers that fall within new dietary guidelines

How about a citrus fundraiser, where parents order cases of oranges and grapefruits?
Or other fruit fundraisers? Just do a websearch of "citrus fundraiser" or "fruit fundraiser". You'll find lots.

Our school used Cherrydale and did really well, for they had a couple of brochures with no chocolate or food.

I'm not sure about most of you, but our school district began a three year/phase dietary guidelines change. Each year is more stringent than the last and we're on year 2 this school year. Does anyone have any good ideas for food based fundraisers that might fall within the guidelines that many school districts are now adopting as a way to help support healthy eating within the schools? It affects full blown fundraisers as well as bake sales and any kind of family night or spirit night we might do as an organization.

Pizza still works for us, but that hasn't been a big seller for us in the past few years.

Thanks for the suggestions.
