Hi, I was wondering if I could get some help. I would like to make a calender to send home to all the parents at the beginning of the school year outlining the school fundrasiers that wwe have planned, chuck e. cheese, chick fil a , and mcdonalds nights, when school is closed etc. Can anyone help me that may have done this before. Start with schools in your area-- see if you can come to a pto meeting and show some of your product to them and show them how much they can make running one of your fundraisers-- your fliers that you have sound about right.
Try craft shows as well as Mom2Mom sales in your area-- a great way to get your name out there and your fundraiser opportunity to a lot of parents
I am so glad I found this site, it's great! Anyway my question for all you PTO officers out there is I am in jewelry direct sales and want to send schools information on my fund raising program. So what do you all look for when you receive this information? I have a letter, along with a few flyer's, sample order form and a chart showing them how much the can earn for their school. Unfortunately at my sons school they don't really do fund raisers so I am at a lost. I appreciate everyones help!
