Hi there... we just did a cook book fundraiser last year and we typed it up ourselves and took it to a local printer. When they heard we were using it to fundraiser for our school they took a lot off the cost so that we could make more money per book. We used cook book template on the Microsoft Office website (it includes a cover and dividers). We had the printing company use a color photograph of our school for the cover on heavy stock paper and use a spiral binding so it would lay flat... they turned out really nice. If some one has the time to type out the recipes it might be worth looking into... hth. CJ
