Has anyone put together a combo pledge/volunteer form, that is willing to share?
We don't require dues for our parents, but would like to see if anyone might be interested in donating funds or volunteering time. I want to word it properly, without putting off parents.
Also, when you're not incorporated (we're new, and just starting out) - what is the best way to handle $$ donations? Should we request that the funds be made payable to the school? Or do you recommend getting our own bank account (that sounds a little shady to me personally, not sure on the legalities of that)?
