I am also looking for any help in regards to donations for our yearly hockey fundraiser . We live in a very small town with no Wallmart or much in the way of business's .The business's here are so very generous but really could use a little extra this year ! BUMMER! We're putting together a short list of companies by just going to their 'contact us' info on their web sites, but how do we find celebrities? That's a stumper for me. I've tried web sites, but they usually only have a way to email them, which of course are ignored.
the list I'm looking for was a specific list of celebrities and companies (company name, contact person's name, address, phone number) that would mail a free item to the school to be added to an auction. We mailed donation letters to everyone and received items back for months. We got things from the WWE, Best Buy, American Girl, autographed books from authors, autographed tshirts and pictures from celebrities.
There were about 250 companies and celebrities combined on the list, and it was a FABULOUS resource for our auction committee. If anyone has any info on how to obtain such a list, please let me know or post a reply here. THANKS!
PTO Today seems to have quite a list on here, in fact I just found a fundraiser which my child participated in when in first grade - they all signed a t-shirt which had the year of their anticipated graduation. We still have the shirts! They are definitely a keeper
