Sorry I didn't see this post earlier. WE did use Jaxco in fall 2007. I only have good things to say about them....customer service was great! They were prompt in answering any questions I had and delivery was within 4 weeks of order submission. Any problems ( I heard no complaints) were handled directly between seller and Jaxco. They upped profits form 40 to 50% if we signed up by April 4th (today) for fall 2008.....which we did!
I am considering this company this year as well. we had a poor turn out this past fall with our usual company & their service is getting worse-QSP. So we are on the hunt for something newer. we just did Yankee Candle & are now awaiting shipping for Mother's Day. It was VERY successful & we plan to do it again in the spring of 2009! So if anyone has tried Jaxco please post your thoughts. Thanks!
So what was the final consensus? Was this a good fundraising company (customer service, quality, etc.). It's fundraising time again & I see their literature but little online reviews, so am very hesitant.

Our PTO utilized this company this year and are expecting delivery end of November. I liked the variety of products that jaxco offers (we combined 2 catalogs) and they pay %45 which depending on your school can really be profitable. The incentives are great and our students really enjoy them. (Shrek 3 huge stuffed animals) which sit in our school library. At this point I would recommend this company and I haven't heard any thing negative about them!
We are using them this year, I emailed them yesterday just to get a idea of ETA for delivery....They received our orders on Oct 24th and ETA is Nov 26th.
At this point I don't have any complaints, they have been very prompt to answer all my ?'s.....finger's crossed that all goes well at delivery time!
Wondering if anyone else ended up deciding to use them and what kind of feedback you have.... Our orders were sent to JAXCO in the second week of October, and they still have not shipped. JAXCO says they have 4 weeks, and they're taking every bit of that time to get the shipments out. We should get the stuff sometime next week, and it will be interesting to see the quality, error rates, etc.
