Which Scrip Co?

Are these delivered back to the school and then you deliver to the parents or are they mailed directly home?
Is there a company where parents can order on line themselves with a code for your school and the order mailed directly to the person placing the order? It would be so much less work for the PTO volunteer.

Making a positive difference one project at a time <img src=images/smilies/smile.gif>

We use Great Lakes Scrip, great company, never any problems. We went thru their master list and made a list of our own stores that were in go our area, New England. We also refence the website on our order form so our families know to go to the website for other stores not listed on the order form. You just enter whatever stores you have orders form. Go to www.glscrip.com it explains it all. You need to be a 501 (c) 3 to use it.

Good Luck. You'll be very happy with them.

I'm examining scrip companies and looking for feedback from schools that already do this program.
Great Lakes seems to be the biggest, United Scrip is located in SC, much closer to us here in FL but their retailer list doesn't say what percentage each co. donates, another school down here uses Scripcents but I'm concerned about back orders during the holidays since they seem to be small...I have lots of questions, lol.

One thing I don't understand is how you get your list from the company's master list. Are you allowed to pick which ones you want, is there a certain number you can choose, or does the scrip co assign you your merchants?

I know I've been asking lots of questions here-I am working with 2 schools, both of whom need to get programs in place by the new school year and no one else seems willing to do the research. I appreciate all the help I have received. :)
