We used Square One Art last year and the parents really seemed to like this fundraiser. We received the items in the beginning in December just in time for the holidays. The profit margin was only 30% so it was not as great of a fundraiser as some of the others we do throughout the year.
Our school used kidsartinc.com to create notecards out of original artwork. They came out beautiful! they also have other items that can be created as well. The nice thing about the notecards, is that the receiver can save it. With stamps, they may not notice it and they may not save it. This, they can save or even frame!
Our school did a tile wall 2 years ago to pay off a debt for our new playground that the district helped us fund. It was amazing at how they came out and it made such a huge impact on the entryway of our school. Our local scouts did the installation with the assistance of some dads that knew how to tile. It's a great fundraiser. I think our cost was $8 including shipping and installation suppllies and we sold them for $50. each.
Making a positive difference one project at a time <img src=images/smilies/smile.gif>
Has anyone ever done either of these fundraisers? I've been looking at ArtStamps and came across these, but I can't find any info except what's on their websites. Thanks!
