We've used Joe Corbi's for the last two years and love them. The calzones are VERY good and quick in the microwave. The pizza is very good also. The cookie dough isn't bad, better than some I've tasted. The only thing that I didn't care for was the Southwest quesadilla (sp??) kit. I just didn't like the taste of them.
Delivery is always on time and they unload and sort it where ever you want it. We will be using them again this coming school year.
I know someone whose school in an upscale community did this, and it was very successful. I think it depends on demographics. Is your school in an upscale community? How much are you looking to raise?
For our school and area, it would not work, it's much too expensive.
We have been doing the pizza for a few years now and are really happy with them. Everyone loves the pizza and they have been really professional. We have not had a single problem with our order or anything. I would highly recommend them.
Have any of you used Joe Corbi's as a fundraiser? If so, how did it work out? We are planning our fund raiser's for next year, and they sent me samples of their product. They do cookie doughs, pizza kits, soft pretzels, cheesy breads, calzones and the such. The rep told me they only do fund raising sales, no retail sales in stores or anything. I tried the samples he sent, and they are very good. I am just wondering if any of you have used them, and if you had success?
Thank you,
Raelene
