The Chuck E Cheese fundraiser is easy. Call Chuck E Cheese's 800 number and schedule a school night. The school gets 15% of all sales if the parents mention the schools name. The day of the event all the students receive a reminder sticker that is worth 10 free tokens.
Holly, how do you set up your raffle for CEC? Looking for some new ideas...Thanks in advance.
The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris
Dollars raised of course, is relative to school size and number of participants, since we only raised < $150. However, the families that were there had a great time. I *really* think having the big cheese (figuratively) come to the school is a great help. Unfortunately, in FL they're not allowed, so we have to rely sole on our promotions and the stickers. We too will do it again though.
The raffle is a great idea. We had Chuck E Cheese come to the school and they received stickers that day as reminders. We had some parents complain saying that their kids kept nagging because we had him come to school. HELLO that was the idea. LOL

We also do Chuck E. Cheese and it's a good turn out. The kids love having Chuck E. come to the school. We have him come by right as school is getting out and it's a good reminder. Now they've raised the earned amount to 15%. We also have our own raffle during the event for a CEC gift card and some school shirts. The staff at the Chuck E. Cheese where we hold ours is just super duper!
