I'm not sure I understand your question? Are you forming a new group at a new school? Are you asking what can you take from the current parent group to the next? I am asking because I may be put into that situation next year and I am hoping things will go smoothly.

Would like to know if there are any transition team "lessons learned" documentation available that could be helpful to Parent/Community and Ways & Means subcommittees?
