Out here its called 'MyGym' they use them (round rubber discs) but I cant find the catalog I 'ahem... legally borrowed and forgot to return', I called my friend at the 'MyGym' and left a mssg (Sat are Bday party days- so they dont answer phone 'cept during the inbetween time") so maybe I'll have an answer soon

Yes, it's like a cake walk. We have cakes and prizes both. We have these round discs with numbers on them that each person stands on. Music is played and when it stops a # is drawn. The person standing on the right numbered disc wins. I'm trying to figure out where you can buy those disc. Thanks!
