My goal is to find more parents for our board because 2 is not enough, especially with me leaving next year. Personally, I would like to try to find a way to carry out my PTO responsibilities at events while getting to see me children enjoy them.
The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation.
