Docs that folks can "cheat" from are the best. A letter for this. A flyer for that.

I have more forms than I know what to do with. If I sent them all, you would hate me forever. Where do I start and what do you need? A lot of the forms I have are from other PTO online members. I don't want to send you the same ones.
