Rather than the "please send me" emails, please copy and paste the text of your sample letters right here in the message boards. Users can then copy and paste from the boards here right into their own word processing program and customize/format as they like.

Could someone e-mail these examples too. I too am a new president of a PTO that has not existed yet at this school. SO everything will be new this year for everyone. I would love to get examples of the welcome letter for new partents, especially kindergarden and to the PTO.
