We have about 43 staff members. We usually do a $5 gift card to Block Buster and the Principal gets a $10 gift card.

We have a staff appreciation committee at our school who does gifts. We do something small for everyone from the principal to the custodian to the cafeteria ladies.

Our group doesn't give Christams gifts to the staff. Is that something a lot of groups do?

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris
