MyKidsMom- They're actually pretty cheap. They're bought by volumn, the more you buy the cheaper they are. I think the company is poly-tuf or something like that. I will check the boxes at school. We bought a 1000 of each. You probably have seen them though. The company sends a free sample (not a custom sample for your school, but a left over sample from someone elses) to almost every school at some point during the year. Let me do some checking online and see if I can find the site... we didn't use the site originally, so give me a day or two...
Okay. I've looked online and couldn't find it. I found a couple, but they have set up charges and the company we used didn't. The cheapest I found online was .79 each if you order 1000, but I think the company we used was lower than that. I'll check at the school and see what who the company we used was and get you their contact number and site.
Our middle school sells the magnets for $5 I'm not sure what they paid. You can do a google search & find a place to design online. If you call before placing your order, they may give you a price break. I have a middle school & not a middle schooler
Three years ago, we started giving All Year Principal's List and All Year A/B Honor Roll those plastic license plate things. They both say basically the same thing:
"My child got All A's All Subjects All Year at Manzanita Elementary School" and "My child is an All Year Honor Roll Student at Manzanita Elementary School"
The group used to sell Principal's List and Honor Roll items, but we decided that those students who earn all A's or all A's and B's for the whole year didn't do it without parent involvement and that deserves a freebie.
Do they put them on their vehicles? OMG YES!!! And their bright yellow and red (our school colors) so you can see them from quite a distance.
Our school gives honor roll students a window cling. I thought I would really like it but my windows are so tinted I caned display it! You can't see it at all!
