When I was young, we used to do IALAC week and each of the kids got warm fuzzies (which included a little furball sticker guy) Moneytree gives them out now to their customers, perhaps they may even donate a bunch to your group for the kids. If not, you can likely buy them in bulk for a pretty reasonable price. Stickers would be a nice idea too.
You could also get wedding bubbles, bookmarks, and of course, you can't miss with candy (conversation hearts?)
I like the pencil idea. I was just looking through the Oriental Trading Co. website, and they have TONS of things you could use. I don't know what your budget is, but no matter what, surely they have something that would probably be cute, useful, and affordable. good luck!
There are always pencils. My kids like to receive plastic cups on holidays. We use ours for drinking because of the "graceful" genes they inherited I am not ready to give them glass. These cups could be filled with candy or alone and they can also be used for pencil holders, coins, toothbrushes, etc. Plus they are cheap.

Any cute ways to remember all the kids on Valentine's Day. We have a carnation sale, but it would be fun also to GIVE something to each kid from the PTO. I know you guys will have some great ideas
