Indeed, indeed, a happy holiday season to each and every one here!!! Enjoy the break, brainstorm, and before you know it, it's back to school in January!
I have just really sat down and put my feet up on Saturday for the first time ALL week!! My van broke down so we are doing with one car plus I helped with the Toy/ Food drive! Friday we put together and delivered full Christmas dinners and gifts AND padded a few pantrys for 11 families!! I feel so proud of what we were able to do but the last time I was this tired I was allowed a hospital stay (10lb baby will do that!)
We have two weeks off and January 5th will be here too soon! Good thing I can SIT and type the newsletter!!!!lol
learning the ropes I agree with you...we have had one event on top of another and burnt out sounds like words close to my heart!! Heres to all of you who dedicate you time, effort, energy and every waking moment to your pto, pta, etc. This forum is such a great place and I feel like I know so many of you,,,,happy holidays....enjoy your families and know that in a few weeks it's time to roll again!!

I am coming off back to back events and fundraisers and I am TIRED!! I am not to proud to admit it. Over the holiday, I'm off work for a week and the kids are off for two weeks. I am catching my breath and trying to re-charge. I have the plans for a January Movie Night in the back of my mind, but other than that - I am on a break. Everyone else in my situation, please do the same and let's try to avoid burnout. Enjoy everyone!!!
